Account is your own sign-in, separate from the shop's settings. Each admin of the shop has their own account.

#Change your password

1. Enter your Current password.
2. Enter the New password twice — at least 8 characters.
3. Press Update password. You stay signed in on this device.

#Sign-in code

For extra safety, turn on Ask for a code every time I sign in. After your password, we email you a six-digit code; type it to finish signing in.

• Codes work for 10 minutes. Didn't get one? Press Send a new code on the code screen.
• To turn this on or off, confirm with your current password and press Save.
• The badge at the top of the page shows Sign-in code on or Password only.

#Forgot your password

1. On the sign-in page press Forgot your password?.
2. Enter your email. We send a link to choose a new password.
3. The link works for one hour and only once. Didn't get it? Check the spam folder and ask again.
