Plan & billing

Billing shows your plan, how long your shop is paid for and your invoices. Everything here runs on its own: we email each invoice, and paying it keeps your shop open.

#Your plan and paid period

Under Your plan you see the plan, its price a month and one date:

• Free trial until — a new shop is free for its first 30 days.
• Paid until — the last day your shop is paid for.

#How billing works

1. A week before your paid period ends, we email the invoice for the next month. It also appears in the list on this page.
2. It is due on the day your paid period ends. If it is still unpaid, we remind you by email.
3. If it is still unpaid 5 working days after that, your shop closes to customers. Your admin, products and orders stay as they are.
4. As soon as the invoice is paid, the shop opens again and is paid for one more month from where the last period ended.

#Pay an invoice

Press Pay beside the invoice. On the invoice page:

• Pay by card — press the bank's button, pay on the bank's secure page, and the invoice is marked paid as soon as you come back.
• Pay by bank transfer — transfer the amount to one of the accounts shown, with the invoice number (e.g. INV-2026-00042) as the Payment reference. We mark it paid within one working day.

#Change plan

Under Change plan, pick a plan and press Save plan. The new plan applies from your next period: its invoice is for the new plan, and once it is paid your shop gets what that plan includes. An invoice already sent for the next month moves to the new plan straight away.
