Dashboard

Your shop at a glance: sales and order charts, new orders, stock alerts and the setup checklist.

On this page

The dashboard is the first screen after you sign in. It answers "how is the shop doing?" and takes you to what needs attention with one click.

The setup checklist

While your shop is new, the top card lists five setup steps with a progress bar: logo, colours, contact details, a category and a first product. Press Do it beside a step to go straight to its screen. Once every step is done the card hides itself for good. The five steps explained

Analytics

Under Analytics you see how your sales went. Choose the period at the top right: 7 days, 30 days (the default) or 12 months.

  • Sales — what your orders came to, in your shop's currency. Products priced in another currency are converted at the current rate.
  • Orders — how many orders customers placed.
  • Average order — sales divided by orders.

Under each figure the arrow shows the change against the period just before, of the same length (green up, red down). A dash means there was nothing to compare with.

The two bar charts show Sales and Orders a day (a month for 12 months). Point at a bar, or tap it on a phone, to see its date and value.

  • Orders by status — the period's orders by their status. Press a status to open those orders.
  • Best sellers — the five products sold the most units in the period.

Latest products

Below the figures you see the eight products added most recently, with their price after discount, stock and status. Press a product to edit it, or View all for the whole list.
