Delivery

Delivery lists the places you deliver to and what each costs. Customers pick one at checkout and its fee is added to the order. Shops without zones work as before: checkout asks for no zone and adds no fee.

#Add your zones

Each row is one zone, for example a city, a region, or pickup from your shop.

1. Open Settings → Delivery.
2. In an empty row, type the Zone name, such as Tbilisi.
3. Enter the Delivery fee. Type 0 for free delivery, for example for pickup.
4. Optionally enter Free from: orders worth that much or more are delivered free.
5. Press Save changes.

• The page always shows three empty rows. Need more? Save, and three new empty rows appear, up to 20 zones.
• Fees and amounts are in your shop's currency, set under General settings.
• Zones show at checkout in the order of the rows.

#Change or remove a zone

Change a row and press Save changes. To remove a zone, clear its Zone name and save. Remove every zone to stop asking customers for one.

#What the customer sees

At checkout, under Delivery, the customer picks a zone. Each one shows its fee, or Free, and the free-from amount. The order summary shows the delivery line and the total including it, and updates as they switch zones.

The fee is part of the order total everywhere: on the receipt, in the order emails, and in Orders. With card payments, the customer pays the fee by card together with the goods.
