Getting started
Sign in, find your way around the admin and get the shop ready in five steps.

Your shop has two sides. The storefront is what customers see at yourshop.datastore.ge. The store admin at yourshop.datastore.ge/admin is where you run it, and it is what this handbook explains.
Sign in
- Open
yourshop.datastore.ge/admin(or/adminon your own domain, once it is connected). - Enter the email and password from your welcome email.
- If you turned on sign-in codes, type the six-digit code we email you. See Account & security.
Find your way around
Every screen has the same frame: the menu on the left, the screen's title and its main buttons on top, and the work area below. On a phone the menu folds away behind the ☰ button.

Under the first two items the menu is grouped: Catalogue (products, categories, options), Settings (how the shop looks, takes payments and is reached) and Account (your plan, your sign-in, support and help).
At the bottom of the menu you can switch the admin language (ქარ · ENG · РУС) and sign out with the button beside your name. The moon / sun button at the top switches between light and dark.
Get the shop ready in five steps
A new shop shows a Get your shop ready card on the dashboard. Each step has a Do it button that takes you to the right screen, and the card disappears once all five are ticked.
- Upload your logo — it appears in the header, the footer and the browser tab. How
- Pick your colours and banner — a template, an accent colour and a typeface, with a live preview. How
- Add contact details — a phone or email so customers can order and find you. How
- Create a category — group products so customers can browse by section. How
- Add your first product — name, price, a photo, and it is live. How
Saving and messages
- Every form ends with a save button (Save changes, Create product…). Leaving a page without pressing it keeps nothing.
- After saving, a green message appears at the top of the page. You can close it with ×.
- If something needs fixing, the field is marked in red with what to change, and everything else you typed is kept.
