Products
Add, edit, hide and restore products — prices, discounts, photos and stock.
On this page
Products are what your shop sells. Each one has a name, a price, photos, a stock count and, if you like, a category, a discount and options such as size or colour.
The product list
Products in the menu shows everything you have, with a photo, the category, the price customers pay, the stock and the status.
- Search and filter by name, category or status (Active, Hidden, Deleted) at the top of the list.
- The list shows 25 products a page; the page numbers under it move between pages, keeping your search and filters: press a number, the arrows for the previous or next page, or … to type any page number and press Enter.
- Click a column heading (Product, Price, Stock, Status) to sort by it, and again to reverse it; on a phone the same choices sit above the list. Price sorts by what customers pay, discounts included.
- A struck-through price with a red −20% badge means the product is on sale.
- A New badge means customers see it as a new arrival.
- Sold out appears when the stock is 0.
- Open ↗ under the name opens the product's page in your shop.
Add a product
- Press New product (on the product list or the dashboard).
- Fill in Name and, if you like, Description — customers see the description on the product page and their searches look through it.
- Under Pricing enter the Price. See Prices and discounts for the other fields.
- Add up to 8 photos under Photos. See Photos.
- On the right, pick a Category and enter the Stock — how many you have.
- Press Create product. With Visible in shop switched on, the product is live straight away.

Prices and discounts
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Currency | The currency of this product's price. It starts with your shop's currency (see General); GEL, USD, EUR and RUB are available. |
| Price | The normal selling price. |
| Discount % | From 1 to 99. Taken off the price; the form shows Customers pay with the result. |
| Was price | Optional. A higher "old" price shown struck through next to the price, to show a sale without a percentage. |
A product with a discount or a higher was-price counts as on sale: it gets the sale badge and can appear in the "On sale" row and filter of your shop.
Photos
- Up to 8 photos per product, up to 4 MB each.
- Drag photos onto the box or press it to pick files.
- The cover photo is the one shown on product cards and first on the product page — choose which photo is the cover in the gallery.
- Remove a photo with its × button; it is deleted when you save.
Category, stock and order
- Category — where the product sits in your shop. Leave it at No category if you don't use categories. Categories
- Stock — how many units you have. Each order takes units out; a cancelled order puts them back. At 0 the product shows Sold out and can't be added to the cart. If you count stock per size or colour, this field adds those numbers up for you. Stock per combination
- Ordering — a number; lower numbers show first in your shop.
Visible, hidden and "New"
- Visible in shop — switch off to hide a product from customers without deleting it. Hidden products stay in your list with the status Hidden.
- Pin to "New arrivals" — keeps the product marked as new. Without it, products are new automatically for a number of days after you add them; you set how many in Design → Catalogue.
Your plan's product limit
Your plan may allow a set number of products. Hidden products count too; deleted ones do not.
- Above the list you see how many you have, e.g. "120 of 200 products on your plan."
- When you reach the limit, New product disappears and products can't be restored or added from Excel. Delete one, or press Change plan to pick a bigger plan from your next period. Billing
- If your shop has more products than the plan allows (for example after moving to a smaller plan), nothing is deleted: customers see only the first ones in the order of your product list, and the rest come back as soon as your plan allows them.
Edit, delete and restore
- Press Edit in the list to change a product. Changes are live as soon as you save.
- Delete removes it from your shop. Deleted products are not lost: filter the list by Deleted and press Restore.
- To delete several at once, tick the box at the start of each row (the box in the heading ticks the whole page). A bar appears at the bottom of the screen with how many are selected: press Delete there, or Clear to untick them.
Past orders keep the product's name and price even if you later edit or delete it.
