Reviews
Customers' stars and reviews: approving them and how they show on product pages.

Customers can rate your products from one to five stars and write a few words. Each review waits for you in Reviews and shows on the product page once you approve it.
Who can review
Customers who are signed in to your shop write reviews, so customer accounts must be on. Under each product they see Write a review, with the stars and a box for their words. A customer has one review per product: writing again changes it, and the changed review waits for you again.
Customers who are not signed in see Sign in to write a review. A review from someone who ordered the product from your shop is marked Verified purchase.
Approve or hide
- Open Reviews in the menu. It opens on the reviews waiting for you; the number beside it in the menu counts them.
- Press Approve to show a review on the product page, or Hide to keep it off.
- To handle many at once, tick them and use the bar at the bottom of the screen.
Use the Status filter to see approved or hidden reviews again. Delete removes a review for good.
Press Review (the rating), Status or Date at the top of the list to sort by it.
On the product page
Under the product, customers see the average rating, the number of reviews and the approved reviews, newest first. The average counts approved reviews only.
To switch reviews off, open Design → Product page and turn off Reviews. See Shop pages.
